Meet Noelle

Noelle Domeniconi has spent her career building the People Operations function at
rapidly growing, global startups. Over the past 10 years, she has led the People teams at
BetterLesson (ed-tech) RightHand Robotics (robotics automation), and Running Tide
(climate tech). She also actively serves as a Mentor & Judge to early-stage companies in
the MassChallenge Accelerator program. In recent years, she has gained specific
expertise in fostering strong value-based cultures and employee connection in both
hybrid and remote-first environments. She has a proven track record of scaling
employee-centric initiatives and processes that align with the needs of the business.
Noelle earned a Master of Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education and
completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.


Noelle spends time between Boston and Maine with her husband and dog. In her free
time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, home renovations, and being on the water.
